Bathroom RENOVATIONS
The two bathrooms in this section were updated on a budget, bringing them up to date with minimum expense and upheaval. Built in units and refreshed decor transformed the two small spaces quickly and easily.
Bathroom
Built in units combining a new WC and sink created a streamlined look along with storage in the main bathroom. A bright, contemporary wallpaper on one wall created an interesting feature, and a patterned tiled floor updated the space. New waterfall taps and a new side panel made the original bath appear new. Original tiles did not need to be replaced and blend well with the new scheme.
Ensuite
Built in cream units with new WC, sink and taps created a much more streamlined feel in this ensuite bathroom. The new colours blend well with the original floor and wall tiles. Storage in this small space is now plentiful with the built in cupboards and a shelving unit adjacent to the sink unit. I considered a bright colour scheme for this space, as can be seen in the images, but finally decided upon a pastel lilac with a bold flower design for the walls, and pale lilac bath mat and towels as this creates a calming, restful feel.
